Chinatsu began ballet at the age of 8 under Fumiko Eguchi. At 11, she danced the role of Clara in her studio’s production of The Nutcracker. At 18, she studied abroad in the short-term program at the Houston Ballet Academy, gaining valuable international experience.

While continuing her ballet training, she also pursued English education, completing over 50 hours of internship through Kanda Institute of Foreign Languages. She earned a TOEIC score of 865 and received J-SHINE certification. Following this, she served as an English Advisor at public elementary schools under the Adachi City Board of Education.

At 22, she committed herself fully to ballet and joined the ABC-TOKYO Ballet Company. The following year, she established CHINATSU BALLET STUDIO at Yokota Air Base. Over 10 years, she choreographed and directed 12 recitals, each involving around 100 students. In recent years, she has also been active in seasonal performances, including community Christmas events at local churches.

In July 2025, she opened her own studio, Grace Foundation Ballet in Akishima City—her long-held dream. With a mission to provide a space where ballet can be learned in English, where every student is cherished, and where each individual can shine, Chinatsu continues to teach with passion and purpose.

8歳より江口富美子氏の元でバレエを始める。11歳の時に、教室の発表会『くるみ割り人形』にてクララを演じる。18歳でヒューストンバレエアカデミーに短期留学し、海外での経験を積む。帰国後も、バレエを続けながら神田外語学院・児童英語教育科にて50時間以上のインターンシップを修了。在学中にTOEIC 865点、J-Shine(小学校英語指導者資格)を取得。卒業後、足立区教育委員会にて小学校外国語活動アドバイザーとして勤務。

22歳で再び本格的にバレエの道へ専念することを決心し、ABC-TOKYO バレエ団へ入団。23歳より横田基地内でCHINATSU BALLET STUDIOをオープン。10年間に渡って、12個の発表会を振付・監督する。1回の発表会で約100名の生徒を指導する。近年では、教会でのクリスマスイベントなど、四季折々のパフォーマンスにも力を注いでいる。

そして2025年7月、念願だった「Grace Foundation Ballet」を昭島市にて設立。英語でバレエを学べることの素晴らしさを伝えながら、すべての人が愛され、一人ひとりが自分らしく輝ける場所づくりを目指し、日々指導に励んでいる。

Kota was born in Hakodate City, Hokkaido. He began ballet at the age of 4 and transferred to the Yoshiko Hisatomi Ballet Institute at 15. After graduating from high school, he studied abroad with the Bangkok City Ballet.

Upon returning to Japan, he joined the ABC-TOKYO Ballet Company, participating in the company’s performances and international tours. He also worked as a stage manager and choreographer. Currently, he performs as a guest dancer with the ballet company, creates new repertoire, and dedicates himself to mentoring younger dancers.

In addition, he performs, choreographs, and holds workshops at domestic performances, local commemorative events, and recitals.

Since 2019, he has hosted the annual “Ballet LIVE” performances. In 2025, he launched the “Blue Bird Project,” producing and staging original full-length ballet performances.

Achievements - 1st Place and Special Jury Prize in Junior A category at the 9th Hokkaido Ballet Competition - Passed the Royal Academy of Dance Intermediate examination with Distinction in 2012 Passed Advanced 1 with Distinction the following year - Jury Prize in the Duo category at the SAI Dance Festival 2018 Competition

北海道函館市出身 - 4歳でバレエを始め、15歳から久富淑子バレエ研究所へ移籍。高校卒業後バンコクシティバレエに留学。

帰国後ABC-TOKYOバレエ団 入団。同バレエ団の各公演、海外ツアーにも参加。ステージマネージャー、コリオグラファーも務める。現在はバレエ団のゲストダンサーとして舞台の出演とレパートリーの制作、後輩の育成にも励む。

その他、国内の公演や地域の記念イベント、発表会にて出演、振付、ワークショップを開催している。

2019年から「Ballet LIVE」を主催し毎年公演を開催。2025年から「青い鳥project」を発足。オリジナルの全幕バレエ公演を制作、開催。

第9回北海道バレエコンクール ジュニアA 入賞1位、審査員特別賞受賞。2012年、Royal Academy of Dance IntermediateをDistinctionで合格。翌年、Advanced1をDistinctionで合格。SAI dance festival 2018 competitionデュオ部門 審査員賞受賞。
